Before I started using liquid glucosamine I was someone who was always troubled by back pain, as well I had heel spurs and was just starting to get joint pain in my legs. My joint pain and heel spurs were only recent ailments, but my back pain had been with me for years.

My doctors had me try all the prescription drugs such as Vioxx, Celebrex and Voltaren. While it seemed the Voltaren had some effect the others didn’t seem to be working to me. I wasn’t happy when I learned of the side effects of these and It wasn’t long before Vioxx was taken off the market due to this.

As my problem was a disc that was degenerating, I was concerned that I would have this pain forever.  As I was already taking some supplements I looked into glucosamine to see what it could do for me. I didn’t know about liquid glucosamine back then. After 4 weeks using glucosamine I noticed that I wasn’t having the same problems with my back that I had been having before. The pain and stiffness had all but disappeared.

Then I just stopped taking the supplements thinking I was okay. Not long after this my problems returned.
After a few months I started having problems again, I knew what I had to do. But this time I did a little more research first as I had heard about liquid glucosamine, and the fact it was more readily absorbed than glucosamine sulfate in pill form.

Maybe two other factors came into play here. I stopped exercising and put on some weight! Now if I was going to take the best liquid glucosamine, I thought that getting back into an exercise routine and losing some excess weight would also be of great benefit. Taking supplements is always the easy part! Doing the exercise and losing weight is always the hard part.

There are so many products available these days that claim to help people with arthritis and other forms of pain, such as back pain.

Synflex stood out to me after doing my research, I ordered 3 bottle to see what the best product could do for me. What I was happy about was the fact that syn-flex contained chrondroitin sulfate, which wasn’t in the pill form I was taking before. My research and my physyo told me that my problem would benefit from chrondroitin.
In the 6 months since I started taking liquid glucosamine, I have not had the problems and pain with my back that I used to get so often. I’m now able to play with my 2 small boys without fear of ending up in bed flat on my back for a week.

There is also liquid glucosamine for pets as well, as like us they too suffer from arthritis too. While I don’t have a pet my friend who recommended this product to me has given his dog that was suffering from arthritis this product too. He liked that as a liquid it was easy to administer, as it could be added to their food. Much easier than popping a pill in the back of their throat.

It would naturally be so much easier if you have a cat too. Getting scratched or bitten while trying to give a cat a pill wouldn’t be much fun.
